We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the timepieces available on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the displays of any color or details on your device's screen will be entirely accurate.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time for any reason. Prices for all timepieces are subject to change without notice.

We accept various forms of payment as indicated during the checkout process. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you exclusively by contacting the e-mail address provided at the time the order was made.

GoldenFinder Timepieces provides shipping to registered addresses strictly within Bangladesh. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier circumstances.

Once your timepiece is dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delayed shipments due to circumstances beyond our direct operational control.

Due to the premium nature of our merchandise, returns are accepted only under strict conditions. Timepieces must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective films, tags, and original packaging intact within 14 days of delivery.

Most of our timepieces carry a manufacturer’s warranty, covering internal mechanical defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage beyond the watch's specified rating, or damage caused by improper handling. To initiate a warranty claim or a return, you must contact us in writing via email before sending the item back.

In compliance with our operational standards and to ensure a documented trail of all customer service interactions, GoldenFinder Timepieces handles all communications exclusively through email. We do not provide or utilize public phone numbers for support or general inquiries.
